How AgriSight finds disease
- 🔎 Locate. The AI studies the photo (with a hidden measuring grid) and draws a box around every abnormal area.
- 🔬 Zoom. Like a hand lens, the app cuts each area out of the original photo at full detail.
- 🧠 Verify & diagnose. A second AI pass inspects the close-ups, compares possible diseases and tightens the boxes.
- 📏 Measure. A pixel analysis counts how much of the leaf is not healthy green, giving a % affected score.
- 🌿 Advise. You get cause, spread, control (organic first), prevention and a re-check date.
Honest limits
- It is AI-assisted guidance, not a laboratory test. Ask a plant clinic or your agriculture officer (KVK, Kisan Call Centre 1800-180-1551) to confirm before using chemicals.
- Boxes are approximate. Blurry, dark or far-away photos give weaker results; take a sharp close-up in daylight.
- Photos from visitors are deleted automatically after 30 days. Your location is only used in your browser for the weather radar.
App
Kiosk mode shows a welcome screen with a QR code, resets after a visitor leaves, and enlarges buttons for a touch screen. Operator: press and hold the logo for 2 seconds to leave kiosk mode.
